"Great experience working with Tara and Cindy, we highly recommend Sit Stay Homes! --- Buying --- When we were preapproved for a loan and had a realtor from another company contact me, we met with them and they didn’t even bother to go past the living room before giving us our home value. I was on the fence about everything because I felt like I was already being treated like a number and pressured to move quickly. We met Tara and Cindy the weekend before at a Pet Expo and had a nice chat with Tara, so we gave her a call. In under 48 hours, Tara and Cindy came over to the house, looked around and provided me with a lot of details on selling with easy-to-understand documents. Tara took down some information of what we were looking for in a house, then she took us out to a full day of showings being mindful of our time for the remainder of the weekend.
