"Brought my 2019 Elantra in to fix a couple recalls. One of them included a headlight recall/repair and when I received my vehicle back my lights were completely misaligned. One was pointed up and the other down. I had to call and reschedule to bring the car back in so that I could actually use my lights. After bringing my vehicle back a second time and waiting an hour and fifteen minutes for only a headlight adjustment both lights are now pointed directly at the ground and I cannot even drive my car at night. I am now just going to bring my car to a local body shop and pay them to fix my lights for me. I am incredibly disappointed in the service I received and the lackluster communication. I could not recommend anyone having their Hyundai serviced here as what should have been only a recall fix has turned into a massive headache & time away from when I am supposed to be at work myself."

I worked with Marcus and he was not at all your typical pushy salesman, just helped me understand the cars and all the features and was very knowledgeable and helpful. "Horrible care of the vehicle while on the lot, the carwash on site must use sandpaper. I asked the body shop to take care of the issue and they hardly put in an effort. In the process, they damaged the underside of the side mirrors and door handles from the polishing machine, by hitting these items with the backing plate and didn't bother even wiping away the scuffs. They didn't even touch the lower side trim, and left it covered in fine scratches, the 3 on the hood I removed in under 3 minutes my self and they had the car for 2 days. The abrasion across the front edge of the hood wasn't addressed, again, a very quick and easy fix if you have marginal skill in diy paint correction. I've seen gone over the entire vehicle to do the paint correction myself and it looks like a different vehicle. An actual new vehicle with 50 miles rather than a vehicle with 8000 miles. I'm also worried the hood was repainted and done poorly, considering the huge drip on the corner. I'd be surprised if it left the manufacturer like that and have no confidence in them fixing it, and I won't let them repaint, with little confidence it will ever come out right. I'd very strongly suggest looking over any vehicle your considering from them very very closely and ask that the paint correction be done by a reputable local business vs the body shop."

"We thought that Stew Hansen had improved their customer service over the past few years, but once again they show their true colors. We purchased new car for our daughter 3 years and 2 days ago and thought the complementary oil change was great. Brought it in today and we were told that the oil changes were good for 3 years and we were 2 days overdue. We explained that we had been trying to get it in sooner but there were no appointments available. We were told there was nothing they could do but sell a single oil change for $109. We left and won’t return. Do better Stew Hansen."
