"Came in last night I had a lifetime warranty on my breaks and dude gone tell me it’s not valid if the old breaks don’t have pad on them and still took my old breaks and made me pay for new breaks like what was the point of a lifetime warranty if I still have to pay for new breaks whole time I called another location this morning to see if that was accurate and they said no he should of just switched them out for new ones y’all need to hire people that actually do they job correctly"
