"I was told by a customer of mine how impressed they were with Grease Monkey. I had 45 minutes to get my car taken care of and Robert and John went over and above with the service they gave me. They were more concerned with educating me on my vehicle than they were with charging for the extras. We will definitely be back because of the care and interest Robert and John have both to me and our vehicle. Thank you"

"Went in for a heat issue, which was thankfully fixed. However, they told me it was a heater coil issue and yet had a thermostat on my bill without telling me about it prior. I also had to tell them over three times to not mess with my tires, and they told me the fix would only be a day or two. Took the car in on a Wednesday did not get it back until Saturday. Meanwhile, my boyfriend and I missed work because we only have the one car. When you tell someone you are going to have their car done in a day or two, and it takes longer than anticipated That is not OK without communication. Their communication skills are horrendous not only to the customer, but two other staff members apparently, and I have never felt so disturbed in my life after getting my car back with my dash cam cord being pulled out and dangling my dash panel in front of my windshield popped up, and my e-brake release no longer works . Do not recommend this shop for major mechanical work. Go through and get an oil change because those guys are amazing, the other side? Not ever going there again. Will not bring my car in to have them fix anything else, because why would I bring a car in that they’ve already left in shambles once already? This is not how you treat customers, this is not how you give their vehicles back to them. This is not OK."

"This is a super great place to get work done. The techs and service writers are honest and straightforward. Great fair prices on all of the services. I've had my oil and now tires done here on 2 different vehicles. No issues and no complaints. Highly recommended!"
