"Communication is horrible When I called for the status of my vehicle they were rude and unhelpfulI with the status I was originally told it would be done on Sunday if they had the parts which they did but it was not fixed on time like Garrett assured me it would be if they had the parts on Monday I called and ask would it be done by noon as he told me on Sunday he got vary rude and side he never said that I was not called and let aware that my car would be kept overnight I was originally told 1200$ for the service, but ended up being 1800$ when I arrived to pick up my car. I was never sent an invoice or knew what all there where doing to my car also hoses where replaced without my knowledge that where not broken and when I ask why Garrett he shrugged his shoulders and said I don’t know they also performed a A/C EVACUATE AND RECHARGE that I didn’t need and didn’t want as it’s the winter this happened out of town and I let Garrett know that from jump them, not finishing on time like I was assured, resulted in me having to get a hotel and spend unnecessary money around the holidays"
