"As a guy who has done 99% of my own auto repairs since I was 16 (now 38). I was very hesitant to take my vehicle to any shop, but when we had a sudden loss of power and my engine sounded like a small child poured a bag of marbles in the oil filler neck I knew it was gonna be a doozy. Sure enough a valve stem broke off, and made its way into the cylinder causing catastrophic engine damage. Mad Hatter was not who I initially called as I wasn't looking for performance work, but they were highly recommended by two shops I called before them, a high compliment from other shops in the area. Ryan and Robi were the "face" and representation of the company while a tech named Conor did a full long block replacement for me. Robi and Ryan were polite, professional, took the time to answer what probably seemed borderline intrusive questions and treated me as if I was their longtime good neighbor. Not only did they come in slightly under estimate, but they provided my wife a loaner car while they fixed our expedition (a huge plus since I had to leave the local area). During all this not only did Conor put in my new engine with no scratches or problems to the engine bay (not a small feat considering how tight that bay is) but he repaired a few other items I was planning on getting to myself (gotta love those Ford coolant lines!) I have to say I am genuinely impressed with this team and I have never heard a 5.4 three valve run so smoothly! I highly recommend this shop, trustworthy, professional and went above and beyond!"

"I have a 2017 Chevy SS sedan and have wanted to wake it up a little bit with some noise for a while now. After reading reviews on multiple shops I decided to go with this shop because of the reviews and the shops history. Seeing similar work being done and good results also brought me comfort in bringing my vehicle to them. I called the day before about scheduling an appointment for a resonator delete for the following day. Despite having a packed schedule I was able to drop it off that morning to at least get the initial inspection done and then we would move forward on the work. Ryan (who I spoke with both on the phone and in person) was very friendly and did a great job communicating with me on both updates and also checking in on what I wanted. He even informed me of the option of removing the factory H pipe on my exhaust a long with the resonator and that there would be no price difference from my initial request which was a bonus! All in all my first time with them was great and everything went smooth! Staff was nice and the work was clean. My car sounds great for what work was done! I will definitely be visiting them for more exhaust work in the future!"
