"These guys are a joke and if you're in Aus don't bother with them, complete ripoff there's no reason to pay that much. Their bags also suck, the ziplock seal comes apart easily after a few times opening. It's also tiny and cheap, the type of ziplock you can't tell if its closed or not. I emailed them to suggest improving the quality and what do they say? Put the contents into a container. Great response. Now for all the supplements I have I need to waste space to separate into containers, label them, constantly refill them, OR they could improve their packaging. They just ghosted me after that email lol. Sad. Decided to go with bulknutrients in the end because it turned out to be cheaper."

"Love the product and the price. Only issue I have is the bubbliness of the whey protein isolate. Looking for a solution to that. But this is the first isolate I've had in a while that doesn't upset my stomach. Their creatine is about the best deal I've found and works as it should. Side note: Really love the simplistic design and straight forward products."

"They have posted that you can come in and shop at their retail store, but you cannot. However if you place your order online then you can come and pick up your order, but they do not have a local retail store that you can walk into. I also find it troubling their response to a review left on here where the person says that they do not do any sort of background check and so could be hiring some very unsavory and untrustworthy individuals. Bulk supplements response was simply that this was from a disgruntled employee, but they did not answer any of his claims about their employment policy. Which leads anyone intelligent reading the reviews to think that perhaps at least that aspect is true and they are hiring unsavory people with a high turnover to pack your supplements, or they would have denied that and made a statement about standards that they have in place. Also the claims of incorrect supplements being packaged under the wrong label, that's extremely troubling because how could you know without having the contents tested by independent laboratory? Good faith and trust is essential in this industry and I think those issues should be cleaned up and addressed"

"My $600+ online order was declined (no problem with my card on my end). I called to find out why and was told that Shopify flagged my payment as fraud and I would have to pay by mail with a check. (In the year 2023? Seriously??) Checking Google reviews, this appears to be a thing. Multiple requests for someone to call me to resolve this problem for future orders were ignored. I finally asked to speak with a manager directly who told me that the issue has been brought up to the CEO, who has to be the one to resolve the problem with Shopify. I requested to speak to the CEO and was told that he doesn't speak directly to customers. This is a business who clearly doesn't care about the population it is claiming to serve! Unprofessional and unethical, to say the very least!!"
