"I have been going to Rich’s since moving to Las Vegas in 2017. A few repairs, watch batteries, and Aaron even re-built a Movado watch for me (extremely reasonable). I recently got engaged and wanted a custom ring made, using my Mother’s solitaire brilliant cut Diamond. Ben and Aaron worked with me to create a unique design, incorporating Opal in the band. They made a wax design with a 3-D printer and after a couple of tweaks I had just what I wanted. Ben carefully set the center diamond, surrounding stones and Opal inlay into the platinum band. It turned out better than I imagined and was even done almost 2 weeks early! For all of the custom work, the pricing was reasonable. Photo speaks for itself!"
