"I brought an expensive watch in for repair on Nov 11th 2023. I have not received it back yet. I have called inquiring about the status ,sometimes getting a call back but, 2 or 3 times no return calls. I was told originally that the watch just needed cleaning, and then, no, there were parts that needed to be replaced that were on backorder. I regret my decision to take it there for repair. I was going to give it to my son for Christmas. That has come and gone."

"I have been going to this Jeweler for 6 years and today I went to have some batteries for my watches and the owners wife was very rude she also rushed me her husband is a better person. I will never return to this place. Since then I have found a better Jeweler."

"DISHONEST! STAY AWAY! I went there yesterday to have a battery replaced for a vintage watch I wanted to give my girlfriend for Christmas. The watch repairman told me that the watch was broken and it would cost $65 to have it repaired including parts. I took the watch to another jewelry repairman today and he put in a brand new battery for $10 and said there was nothing wrong with the watch. He said even if there was an issue that all the other jeweler would have to do is to replace the movement for $20 rather than trying to repair the watch. The watch now works perfectly and my girlfriend’s Christmas will not be ruined. Now I have to get repaired the watchband the first jeweler damaged. The honest jeweler that took very good care of me is located at the Fantastic Indoor Swap Meet in the main aisle on the right. I will never set foot in that other store again."

"My fathers watch was damaged. His breitling lcd was damaged after installing a battery. Watch sat perfect working in my safe since my fathers passing until the battery died. Its a delicate job and they forced it closed and damaged the lcd. Awful!"

"I went in for a simple custom job to have a coin Bezel put around an item. They are professional, respectful, and quick. When I spoke to them on what I was looking for, they seem to understand, and the pieces they displayed looked nice. When I went in to get my item back, I was disappointed with the result. The frame was not even and looks crooked; there is a noticeable lip from the ring, which they said to help support the medal. The other side seems forced, and the craftsmanship is none existence. For what I paid for, I regret coming here.  If you are looking for custom work, you may want to try somewhere else."
