Without going into details on what the actual purchase was, let me just say she was professional, personable, and most importantly very knowledgeable on the items I was looking for and at. She definitely helped me refine my selections and I felt like she had my interests and priorities in mind. Good Customer Service is always important to me, no matter what the purchase is and Angie certainly embodied great customer service. With respect to the actual items I looked at and ultimately purchased. Pretty darn good quality and value for the price. As we all know or should know, retail jewelry has a significant markup. Really no way to avoid that, But the prices here today are fair and the quality is good. So with the great customer service and good prices and quality, what else does a consumer need?
