"Since the new owner took over the customer service has been horrible and the owner himself could care less about getting things delivered. I had shipped a package that was very important from this store, it was returned, and the owner kept it, did not call, even though my number was on the package, and kept it for 4 weeks. I was blaming the post office and it was him the whole time!"

"I was mailbox holder with the old owners for many years. Over 10 yrs! They were terrific. I enjoyed my time going into the location to pick up my mail. I was the guy who showed up once a year. You can see how old these reviews are. They are reflective of the old owners and staff. Unfortunately, ever since the new owners took over my experience has NOT been the same. Rates have increased and the customer service has been horrible. If I call just before 6pm and someone picks up, I expect to have a dialog with someone that will deal with my questions. Don't sigh after a few minutes and tell me "It's after 6 and were closed". If you didn't want to deal with me you never should have picked up the phone! A business that has no interest in trying to keep every client they have is destined for failure. I have since closed my mailbox and will be using a different location that actually cares about my business. I can tell you the previous owners would not have treated me this way. I'm taking my business else where."
