"I have been a customer with DNA Tactical for years as im treated as a friend instead of a customer. When I need a firearm or gear I know DNA Tactical will have it in stock and purchasing what I need is quick and easy. I appreciate the fact the staff/gunsmith has been the same for years since most gun stores have a revolving door of employees. I like a store that knows my likes and dislikes and only shows me items to purchase based on my purchase history. I recommend talking to the staff as they are really nice, knowledgeable people. Lastly please don’t forget to pet Bonnie and Clyde as they need love too."

"Super friendly staff. Great selection. The gunsmith fixed a sight issue for free right while we waited when it was super busy. Didn't expect that. Plus he gave us some great tips on how to best customize sights on 1911 which he specializes in. They really carry just about anything you could want tactically. Just really impressed with their customer service, especially because it was super busy when we came in"

"Old review (See update): One of their associates was nice and open to answering all my questions. I was able to pick up and look at different products on display. Unfortunately they grossly overcharged me for a Sig Romeo MSR at twice market value. Wish I would've known before purchasing. Suppose I trusted them to price match. Also was very adamant about their "no refund policy". So they can deny responsibility. If you're new to firearms or tactical gear I'd recommend not purchasing from them or doing your research beforehand. They will not accommodate you in my experience. Update: Ted and others were made aware of my review and offered a discount, and free items to my order. I really appreciated the thought, effort and attentiveness. Because more than one associate was open about what had happened. I have since changed my mind a lot about their service and recommend them a lot. Updated from 2 star to 5 star. Thank you again!"

"Awesome store here. They have everything besides actual firearms on property to purchase. Lot's of useful equipment in this tucked away spot. Everything from bags to ammunition here. Not to mention they also have two mascots that are not something you would normally this in a shop like this, Bonnie and Clyde's. Be warned though, if you scratch Clyde's back he will follow you throughout the whole store. They are cat's by the way. If you happen to find yourself in the area, do yourself a favor and check out this store. Great staff, awesome gear."
