"Not one of our 4 flights was on time. The person at the gate who is supposed to line people up to scan their boarding pass allowed his friends to get on the plane first even though their boarding passes were in the B30's group AND I paid an extra $60.00 to upgrade our boarding position! Really aggravating and frustrating. Planes were dirty so bring your own disinfectant wipes. One flight had a problem with the back bathroom and it was disgusting. Southwest, you can do so much better. Disappointed ☹️"

"I had a great experience leaving Vegas to Chicago. The flight attendant, I wish I remembered his name, was phenomenal. He was African American and he had everyone laughing over the speaker. He made this trip comfortable and exciting. The only downside is that people can sit anywhere and 9 times out of 10 from what I experienced, u will be stuck with a middle seat. I definitely don't like middle seats but what can you do with a policy like this? Overall I still like Southwest. It's reasonable as well. I will book a flight again one day."

"Flew southwest to Vegas and back recently , and they have really stepped they're game up since the last time I flew southwest . The new boing 737s have nice seats , they are quiet , and smooth . Love the power of the take offs , and landings were smooth . Planes were all brand new from what I could tell . And the staff was very pleasant ."
