"More guidance on pickup spots and approximate time would be helpful. Everyone I spoke to kept referring to them as a 3rd party with little control over pickup times. Can be frustrating. Besides the driver's direct line, all other numbers went to voice-mail which was frustrating. All in all, we got to our hotel and to the airport on time so not sure if that is reflective of this company or BELL transport..."

"Horrible experience! I actually arrived about 20 minutes early. Made my way to the shuttle. Had to sit at least a half hour until the shuttle was full and we could leave. Thirty minutes after we left the airport I was an EXTRA 5 MINUTES FARTHER from my hotel than it was from the airport. Then it took over another HOUR just to get to the first stop! I was going to the Golden Nugget and the website said "Get non-stop shuttle service between Golden Nugget Las Vegas and the airport with Lasxpress." - yeah that's not what happened. The Golden Nugget was on one of their routes and was the 2nd to last stop. I ended up jumping off the shuttle at the first stop and grabbing an Uber. 10 out of 10 would NOT recommend. I ended up getting to the hotel almost 2 HOURS after I landed and the airport is only 30 MINUTES from my hotel!"

"Waited almost 1 hour for the shuttle. There appeared to only be one shuttle so it had to drop off people across 6 or so different properties. Not a great experience. I will say the driver was very nice and was getting flak from riders that probably should have been directed to his management instead. The driver is why I’m giving 3-stars rather than 2."

"I booked a round trip share ride and they didn’t pick up at the scheduled time. Then when they dropped me and my husband off at the Sahara Hotel, they gave me the wrong luggage and never called me to find out if I retrieved my luggage. The on the return trip home they didn’t pick us up. We had to call an Lyft driver at the last minute to keep from missing our plane. Upon arriving at airport we ran into some of the strangers we took the shuttle in with at a different Hotel and they told us they text them and told them they would pick them up. We never received a text and when we called they never answered. I would like a full refund., in which they have a no refund policy. Pleas don’t use this company, and experience the headache me and my handicap husband went through."
