"I scheduled an appointment for today. I received a confirmation call this morning telling me what to expect and how the process would work. Everything went how it was explained to me I did have to wait a little for help when I was here, but it was expected due to other people being in line ahead of me. Fabian was fast, efficient helpful, professional and polite. I’m looking forward to getting out on the road and I appreciate the help I got today. Thank you"

"Made a reservation for 10am the day before since it was recommended to go in early. UBER promised to give a $40 voucher to get to the place, but guess what, the voucher isn't valid for this location, so you end up spending a fair amount of money to get there, anyway! My $40 voucher became useless and I needed to spend $30 out of pocket to get there. Isn't that amazing? To be seen, you need to scan the QR code at the lobby (which I needed to ask the gate security guard to find out which building they were in) to enter the waiting queue. Waited over an hour for not a single rep to look my way or address me. Overheard someone else asking why the wait was so long (they also had a 10AM reservation), the rep said, verbatim, “It could take all day. If you want, just go home and come back, there are only five of us here.” Over the course of that hour wait, there were four people before me who were not seen, and three people who came in after me who were seen very quickly (all while ALSO scanning for their place in queue). The “only five people” could have seen everyone there fairly easily, as at that time the lobby was not crowded - maybe six people waiting in total. And if they can’t see them, then why bother asking for reservations at all? It defeats the entire purpose. Oh, and by the way, the "only five people" soon became just ONE person responsible for EVERY SINGLE PERSON IN THE LOBBY. After two hours of waiting, I became fed up and went home, needing to spend ANOTHER $30 on a LYFT to get there since, again, UBER's voucher was utterly USELESS. At 2:35PM - FOUR AND A HALF HOURS AFTER MY RESERVATION TIME AND ENTRY IN THE WAITING QUEUE - I get a text saying they're ready to see me in one of the cubicles. Guess what? I already followed the rep's advice and went home. Terrible experience dealing with a terrible process, and a staff that seemed miserable being there, giving nearly anyone they came across attitude because they just wanted simple answers. Do not come here, do not waste your time, do not spend your money on $300-$500 weekly rentals. At that point, you're better off just going to a Carmax or AutoNation and buying a car. Don't waste your time here."
"Do not I repeat, do not book a car here. You will spend your entire day waiting for this garbage underemployed business. If you find yourself stuck here, please report it to the consumer protection beureu, better business beureu and the FTC federal trade comission. They need to be held responsible. Not to mention, the place is the complete wrong location is google maps. The black lady "manager" does not know how to own or run a business. Everyone spent more than 4 hours there waiting for a car. Some spent 3 hours just to be told to come back the next day. They do not even have a restroom, let's file a police report for diabetics and those with medical conditions who do not even have a restroom to relief themselves while waiting. Completely ruined my whole week. Lets make them accountable..."
"I’m not usually one to write reviews, but this was such a rough experience, that I felt it was necessary. I had a reservation schedule for 10AM to pick up an electric car so that I could drive for Uber, but due to the office being understaffed, I didn’t get the keys to the car until 1PM. When I got to the car (which they told me was the last electric car available), I noticed that it wasn’t cleaned at all. The outside was filthy, and the inside was even worse. Food crumbs and hair all over the car. So my first stop of the day was the car wash… The tire pressure light was also on, and I was hoping that it was just an error. But one of the tires had a slow leak, and I had to put air in it a couple times during the week long rental. There was also a huge scrape on the side of the car, horrendous wheel rash on a few of the rims, and scratches all over the trunk area. I actually felt embarrassed to pick people up in the vehicle. Beyond all of that, when I picked the car up, it was only charged to 50%. Because of this, and the condition of the vehicle, I missed out on a whole day of being able to drive. I sent a few messages expressing my concerns, and never received a call or email in return. Be very, very careful if you rent a car from this location."
