"Supposed to be open at 10am on Saturday and is never open on time. No sign on door or anything to let customers know. Really frustrating. Skip this store and go somewhere else, or shop online."

"Sitting in front of the Spanish Springs store right now. It is 10:12 am. Sore hours are posted 10-6. Doors are still locked. Last time I actually managed to get in to this store, I tried to ask the employee some questions and he completely blew me off. Used to be a good store."

"The last 3 times I have tried to go to this store, the door was locked during store hours. Two of those three times had a sign on the door saying "Be back in an hour" and the 3rd time I showed up at 5:56, (store closes at 6) and person at the cash registered ignored me. Terrible customer service, will never step foot in that store again."

"Bothered that the GNC at Spanish Springs closes and locks the door 10min before their closing time. I tried to knock to get the cashiers attention and he ignored me. You guys already close early enough and then to close before your stated closing time is annoying."

"I’m disappointed at the lack of service from this store tonight. I’m a regular customer and they closed and locked the door about 15 mins early. I saw the employee inside and waved and he shook his head “no”. The hours posted are 10-6pm and it was 5:45. I called the store and he just looked at me, shook his head again and then hid/ducked down behind the counter. It’s unfortunate it was handled that way and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere."
