Safeway

"This Safeway in Sparks,NV needs some major help! Constantly finding expired food on the shelves, can't find any help, bakery NEVER has cheese bagels, it doesn't matter what time of day you go in, checkers don't bag groceries! And this, I needed to order a deli sandwich tray for April 2nd. I was told yesterday by an employee that the deli manager left a note for the deli employees not to take orders for any trays! The employee even showed me the note and told me he doesn't know when they can be ordered! I will no longer give any Safeway my business! You make so much money off if customers and can't pay to have good employess!!!"

"I have gone to this Safeway twice now trying to pre order fruit trays first time customer service couldn't figure it out for me and said the produce manager wasn't there! Then on my second visit I believe I spoke to the produce manager first thing in the morning an he said he was going to get the information for me then just left me there standing like a fool! never came back out of the back to answer my question!"

"I had the best service in the Safeway deli. We needed sandwiches for later today and weren't thrilled with the selection of pre-made stuff so they opened the sandwich station and made us what we wanted. The guy was so nice! They didn't have avocado yet because it was still frozen and he went and got a guacamole spread to bit on one sandwich. He sliced fresh meat and cheese for us. It was amazing! Thank you so much Safeway!"

"I have placed my last sandwich order from the deli today! My first experience was great! Paid $2.00 extra to have bacon added to my sandwich. I got 3 pieces! Since then I have received zero to only 1 piece for the same $2.00 charge. There is no consistency! Today's sandwich was a jumbled mess. I know it came from the deli that way and did not happen due to delivery because it was rolled up tightly and securely. I had mayo all over the outside of the sandwich and the meat & cheese was oozing out everywhere. I had to literally reassemble the thing before I could eat it."
