"The 30 day return policy is absurd, I bought some clothes for my mother from Old Navy and it was to big, once I tried to exchange the size even with receipt they wouldn't take it. Because is was passed 35 days!! This is ridiculous!! The return policy is very absurd and annoying"
"Return policy is awful. My daughter received some clothes for Christmas from her grandparents. She wanted to exchange them for some clothes that matched her taste. Even with a receipt they wouldn't do an exchange, refund, nor partial credit because the items were outside of a 30 day policy."
