"I love coming to this Starbucks. I come here fairly often before work. They are always very quick but very friendly. Today Francis served me and they were so friendly and a little ray of sunshine. There are also two women who served me previously but I didn't get their names. They are always so friendly to myself and my puppy. They always greet her and then when we leave they say "bye pepper" to her which I just love. Highly recommend this location."

Her keen timing allows her to directly empathise and enhance a service for properly taking care of customers. Gabriella Has excellent positivity and has a great way to provide satisfaction to a customer experience. She has Great Starbucks representation of uniform all adhering to within millimeters or said point of Starbucks employee logo placement of her uniform. Gabriella has a great work ethic and time management skills knowing how to direct her time well and has good delegation skills following Starbucks barista line procedures. Gabriella can do it all. and may even enhance this country as president of the United States. She knows pumpkin spice lattes like they're part of her business. And she Doesn't seem to let down on managing her Starbucks position with care , kindness and gentle ess Gabriella has an amazing sense of knowledge of pos systems and know how to place order in speedily and take excellent care of a customers time and money and experience well. She really knows how to Starbucks . And I hope to see her on the T. v. Screen and her autobiography describing all her other passions and skills and showing this world her Good that she can do and will leave impressed on this world. Gabriella has a great smile too. Puppies must love it. Children must love it. Gabriella Doesn't even seem to have any Starbucks addiction either making her the perfect woman at this Starbucks location. "On 09/29/2023 I ordered myself a Starbucks drink and asked the window employee working the evening shift (Alexis) for a pupcup for my toddler. I get one every day and also don't mind to pay for one so he doesn't get any coffee. She told me no that she wouldn't give me any unless she saw a dog. I tried explaining to her that I do this daily and she closed the window on me before I could even finish what I was saying. I did ask again if I could just get a pupcup. She sat back at the counter laughing, then finally got a small pupcup and put the smallest amount possible in the cup. Maybe 1/3rd cup full of the pupcups then rudely handed it to me and also tried not to tell me her name. When I asked her name, she said, "It's on my name tag." But it was wiped off. She told me her name was Alexis - She has blonde hair and is on the younger side. She was working the window. This may not even be the correct name, but cameras could be pulled. I usually don't have issues like this. Everyone is usually warm and welcoming. Especially the morning crew. I understand people have bad days or things change within a restaurant, but having decent customer service is a must."

"Always a good cup of coffee. I prefer the lighter roasts and this location always seems to have it available. The staff is friendly and always is smiling. The location is clean and tidy."

"They seriously forget how to make a proper drink here when it’s busy. I only ever order iced drinks but if there’s a line for some reason they ALWAYS hand me a scalding hot drink and I’m honestly too impatient to wait another 5-10 minutes for them to remake it. I genuinely do not recommend this location if there’s more than 2 cars ahead of you unless you want to wait 15 minutes for a drink you didn’t order that tastes like burnt peanuts."
