"Unreliable. Booked a trip a week in advance, with email confirmation. And also phone confirmation the day before. The company called me at 4am the same day before 8am pickup that they’re not licensed to do CA ride. The trip was not in CA. Then they said they’re not license to do trips in NV part of Tahoe. Then they said they can’t send driver from Reno to Tahoe."

They trick you by being in the taxi line at Reno-Tahoe International Airport, but then have a high base rate/do surge pricing like Uber or Lyft... my normally $12 taxi ride home (about 1 mile) is now $24-30... before tip. 2nd star because the drivers are nice and they're always available... but still"

"Reno Ryde was a huge disappointment. I booked a ride with them from Tahoe to the Reno airport 6 weeks in advance. They informed me at the time they were to pick me up that they didn’t have a car for me. Wish I could give them zero stars!!"

"I came to Reno on vacation during their Burning Man festival and my rental car was double booked. I was told my best option was a car outside. Reno Ryde was outside so I asked them to take me to Lake Tahoe. I highly recommend them if you want to travel in a clean, good smelling and comfortable car. Good conversation too, didn’t feel forced to chat unless I wanted to. Also they don't have all that flashy markings and stickers pasted all over it with advertisements which was a nice change."

"I've never had to take public transportation before, i just turned 18 and started my first job. My car broke down so I decided to take a cab I took both the white and yellow cabs a couple times and either the male drivers were trying to get my number making me feel uncomfortable or driving crazy, every car was either dirty smelled or sounded like it was gonna fall apart around us. Someone recommended Reno Ryde and I can not express how great they have been! My car was clean and new, every driver I have gotten has been great. They have decent conversation where I don't feel uncomfortable. And their patient my debit card wasnt reading on the car machine and the driver called his boss and she was so nice and patient I will use them whenever, I tell anyone and everyone who needs a cab to call Reno Ryde."
