"I have been here for two years and the experience is bad, delayed maintenance to solve problems, I had a broken washing machine for 8 months until one day after insisting so much they changed it, they raised the rental price by 30% without warning, I have been here for two and the pools have never been open, security is bad."
"A complete joke. The coaches are late, on the phone and not paying attention to the kids progress. If you ask a questions you get no answer and they keep the child in the same group for a year, even if the child is above all in the group."
