"After 3 nights on the strip this was the perfect place to stay the last 2 nights of our trip. Super quiet, very clean room and the water that flows throughout is very relaxing. We ordered room service for breakfast and it was really good."

"We went to the Rampart buffet, first time since the pandemic started (2019). The space has been renovated and is spacious but having the various stations at angles with one another is not a good design. The food was acceptable but there was no fish (just a fish patty with lots of stuffing), no sushi, and the desserts were mostly numerous tiny cakes all spread out. There was cream pie and ice cream, tasty chicken, and plenty of rice and starches. Las Vegas buffets ain't what they usta be."

"Sadly, I was extremely disappointed with my stay here. I was informed it was a great place for wedding photos, and a few months prior to my stay, I visited the hotel and spoke to a concierge who said it wouldn't be a problem since people take pictures there all the time. So, I booked a room the night before my wedding, on 12/11/23. I had written a message to the staff when I booked the room, which they denied receiving as I was checking in. However, I could see the message in the reservation page they pulled up when they stepped away for a moment. They didn't bother asking about it and were very dismissive and rude about the whole thing. I did notice the difference in how they treated their "Elite" members. Apparently, you have to belong to a certain group to be treated with respect here. The rooms were clean at least, but none of the usb charging outlets were functioning. In the morning, as I was getting my hair and make up done in the room for the wedding, my fiance left and asked about locations within the premise to take pictures. He was told it's not allowed and we have to ask security about it. Apparently security makes the rules about where and if the guests can take pictures? It made no sense. We had no problems or interactions with security staff whatsoever. The Valet guy was the only friendly person who offered us any kind of assistance since at one point even the phones were down and there was no one around for me to retrieve my luggage from. I recommend to all newlyweds: DON'T STAY HERE. Stay in a quality hotel on the strip, it's only 20 minutes away. Then drive in to take lovely pictures outside without having to go inside and communicate with the ill tempered staff."

"I came to Vegas for work, and I spent a week at the JW. It was a perfectly adequate place to stay. It feels like it is a little bit older, and it could use some updating, but my room was comfortable and very clean. My only complaints about the room are: (1) the ceiling fan was too noisy to use (though most hotels don’t even have ceiling fans, so that’s not a big deal), and (2) the smoke detector had a flashing light that lit up the room every few seconds, and it was pretty noticeable when trying to sleep (though that’s a minor nit on my part. I’m sure most people wouldn’t even pay attention). The hotel has two gyms, but I only visited the one in the spa. It is a very nice gym - plenty of space, and really nice equipment. The pool and hot tub situation looked amazing, but I didn’t have the time to visit them. Room service was not bad. The best part about the hotel was the staff. They were all so friendly. The valets were some of the sweetest people, and they really brightened my stressful work days! I’m not really a casino person, so no opinion on that, other than to say it looked pretty big."

"Lots to do at the resort. Good place if you don't plan on going outside the resort often. Not near the strip but you probably are looking for something quiet if you are looking at this hotel. Plumbing worked perfectly, all staff are cool, I feel like most of the money spent does go for the resort itself, so make sure you utilize the pool, garden etc Decent fitness center. Overall great but again I want to stress, this is really a place for those not looking to leave the area much."
