"1) There is always something broken or someone sitting at an exercise machine on their cell phone. 2) The gym has limited hours for senior members. They want to up-charge retirees for full access. The cost for a regular member is around $300 - a lot to pay for the opportunity to watch people sending text messages while sitting on an exercise machine. 3) The club is all about selling....The Glengarry Glen Ross of health clubs. 4) Club management is constantly monitoring activities such as the pickleball courts in order extract more fees from members for usage. You would think this company makes money but it is a loser. 5) The locker rooms are in need of repairs. By the way if someone wants a locker they can also pay another $50 - $100 per month!"

"My husband and I joined because we heard they have pickleball…. It’s so crowded we have to wait 45+ minutes for a court… The Trainer Lauren is wonderful- I highly recommend her. If you have any issues with the club itself, don’t ask Buck- extremely rude, uncaring, and does not follow thru. My interaction with his rudeness actually made me decide to quit the club altogether. I asked him when my club membership would end and he told me 30 days… so I followed up after 31 days and guess what… he didn’t cancel the membership. So I left a message and a voicemail… he doesn’t return the call. I called the main customer service # at 2:06pm and they’re closed for the day (eastern time). Employees like Buck are a sad representation of the business and actually drives away business from good customers. So overall Great trainers, decent club, pickleball is way over crowded, and Buck in customer relations is horrible. Don’t expect top notch customer service from a club that you’ll pay $356/month for."

"Unfortunately, my experience at Lifetime Fitness has been marred by a persistent and highly unpleasant issue. Despite its numerous amenities, including a newly constructed lounge area, the gym has consistently neglected a critical aspect of its facility: the entrance area. The smell outside the gym's entrance is not just mildly off-putting; it is downright disgusting. This has been a recurring problem, and despite multiple complaints and feedback from various members, the management seems to be inattentive to this issue. It's baffling to see the gym invest in luxurious indoor facilities like a lounge while blatantly ignoring such a fundamental hygiene problem at its very doorstep. This disregard for what should be a basic standard of cleanliness significantly detracts from the overall experience and makes it hard to recommend Lifetime Fitness to others."

"I have been here for around 2 years working out by myself and never working out with anyone. I am a trainer but have no need for this gym to train my clients and never use it for client workouts, it is overpriced anyway. I have a limited membership through Medicare. I had a friend visiting me from another country to come in once because that is all is allowed every 60 days. I was helping her during a workout and a trainer complained that i was not allowed to help my guest. The trainer that complained is a very poor trainer and that is not my fault. She was training next to me and maybe her client asked her why she was not correcting her. This gym has limited hours for the memberships on medicare. They want to charge retired people 150.00 a month for full access. For the regular membership of 300.00 per month you have to wait in line for limited equipment. EOS has more for 20.00 per month. I am insulted by their approaching me and telling me I cannot help my friend. This is pathetic insecurity on a trainer and clubs actions. I have had other members ask for advice here and one member told me they wasted 3,000.00 on training with no results or satisfaction. I am going to dump this gym for lack of equipment. overpricing and poor customer service along with disrespecting guests over a trainer who has no knowledge of personal training. I attached a video of a customer that trains a man daily and no one says a word."
