"Bought a used spa cover and it was completely unusable as it had a chemical odor so bad you could not even sit near it when using the spa. I called Spa & Sauna, hoping to get a replacement or a least a partial refund but they did not offer anything, just stated they "wouldn't buy bad covers anymore". I get these are used with no warranty but was hoping for a little better service when working with a dealer. Cover is in the trash, next time I'll just take my chances on craigslist. On the positive side, Teanna was extremely helpful when this was purchased, I'd give her 5 stars! 11/28/23 Update - within minutes of posting I received a call from Spa & Sauna. They were genuinely concerned about what had happened and provided a reasonable solution given this was a used cover purchase. Bumping review to 5 stars due to the excellent service this time around."

"We bought a new caldera spa from spa and sauna in ‘20 or ‘21. Trying to get technical help with this significant purchase is awful. Leaving messages isn’t helping to fix the error code. They were helpful with the purchase but have since lost interest in us."
