The overall service, pricing, and policies left much to be desired, making it the worst flower shop experience I have ever had. To add to the frustration, the employee who assisted us, Nadia, did not provide satisfactory customer service. First and foremost, I was shocked by the exorbitant prices at here. The cost of their arrangements was significantly higher compared to other flower shops in the area. I expected to pay a premium for quality flowers and unique designs, but the prices were unjustifiably inflated. It was disheartening to realize that I had overpaid for the floral arrangements. Furthermore, the customer service at In this flower shop was abysmal. Nadia, the employee who attended to us, displayed a lack of professionalism and failed to meet even the most basic standards of service. She appeared disinterested and unwilling to answer questions or provide suggestions. I felt ignored and unimportant as a customer, which significantly impacted my overall experience. One particularly concerning aspect of my visit was the shop's policy of requiring payment upfront, even before seeing the actual flowers. This practice left me feeling uneasy, as it seemed like a tactic to take advantage of customers. Unfortunately, my concerns were validated when I received the arrangements. The flowers were not up to par with what I had expected based on the shop's reputation. They lacked freshness, and the overall quality was subpar. To make matters worse, when I expressed my dissatisfaction with the flowers, the shop refused to issue a refund. "I have ordered from this florist multiple times a year for YEARS! I live in Minnesota and they keep my mother’s information and my card on file so it takes me a couple of minutes to get an amazing arrangement every time! To the person who gave one star because of Mother’s Day, Mother’s Day is their busiest and I am myself waited too long and have learned that Mother’s Day must be ordered further in advance. It is not their fault you waited until three days before Mother’s Day. Thank you Dancing dandelion for always being amazing! Gorgeous Christmas arrangement this year!!!"

"Just ordered these for my girlfriend for her 30th birthday. As you can see, this is clearly not what was advertised. Obviously colors don’t need to be exact, but anyone in their right mind could clearly see it looks like a forest treant god threw up in a vase, then put some roses in it to make it look not as bad. Maybe you guys didn’t have anything else but these green leaves?? Either way it would look better if you cut down on it about 95%. Honestly, I’m embarrassed she received these at work. This is the first review I’ve ever made, and obviously I’m upset because it’s not like I can get a redo."
