"I was at Smiths on Nov 21 at around 5:00 pm. I did not use a cart to shop only used the basket. Like many of us we think we only need the basket and end up with much more than the basket to handle. When I checked out the cashier was extremely professional and polite. There was a young lady bagging for him. I was shocked to hear her ask me if I needed help with my groceries. What a kind gesture. She was so sweet and sincere. I appreciated her willingness to just jump in and want to help me. I truly pray more young people will see the way she conducts herself, and follow her model of kindness. The cashier was also very polite. I heard him introduce himself to the young woman. Apparently they never met or one of them is new. You are both examples of what we need more of in this world. Happy Thanksgiving to you both. I don't know their names but that were both dark skinned. The young man was tall and the young lady was not tall. Thank you to both of you for professionalism and your beautiful hearts."

"Parts of this store are a maze that aren’t passable if there’s anyone else with a cart there. The cashier lines block anyone from walking past them when it’s busy. Also whose bright idea was it to keep the perishable chocolate covered strawberries just on a table? I also often see perishable items in the markdown area. As far as I can tell there is no spot for cold markdowns."
