They always give their input on what's best in their personal decision the crew up there at new North is always on their knowledge when it comes to their product. I dealt with Chris tonight he is the swing going in to night shift every time I have dealt with him he makes sure to see how I'm doing and he makes sure that my two dogs always get treats to where now every time we pull up they expect it. He's an amazing guy great attitude great customer service I would highly recommend going up to nuwu north they will never fail you with their customer service and they're great deals"

"I’ve been coming here for a few years now and it’s always a hit or miss, but unfortunately it’s been more misses than hits I’ve gotten stale bud from them way too many times. Today was my last straw honestly their rewards system isn’t all that great. I used my points today which I’ve collected well over 500, so I used my points to purchase an eighth because when you have at least 500 points you qualify to get a 1 cent eighth or extract I thought I would get some pretty decent weed, but it was super old the taste was literally unbearable and it gave me an instant headache. I honestly feel like why do a loyal customer like that? Why not just give discounts only if you’re going to give out a bad product? Don’t get me wrong I didn’t expect to get the best weed in the world, but why offer a deal like that just to disappoint the customer? I really love the convenience of coming here, but I’m not sure about it anymore."
