"I’m wondering if the shop was sold because we dealt with them 5 years ago when my Mom passed and they were amazing! Just stopped in yesterday to get flowers for my husband’s memorial service this coming week & the brunette lady in the shop seemed bothered by my son and I being there. I told her what I needed and she didn’t offer any suggestions -showed me flowers for a casket when he is being cremated. I asked her if she had any other options and she said no. Very odd and disappointing experience. I hope the owner sees this."

"Absolute scammers. DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM HERE! Worst most unprofessional experience of my life. They do not actually ensure your delivery is delivered to who it is supposed to be or interact with that individual to obtain proof they received it, they randomly leave it on the floor like its a Doordash delivery and take a picture, they may even actually use random doordash drivers with how little they care. Absolutely scammers do not do business here if you actually want the person you’re ordering flowers for to receive them, a total mess and the worst customer service in the entire city."

"AVOID THIS PLACE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’ve been buying flowers from this place for years now, lately I’ve had nothing but bad experience with them, yesterday bought same bouquet that I was buying every single time, use to be $60(couple of weeks ago), now $100, usually as a regular client you would get a discount but not at this place, when I walked in I asked the girls in the front how long it’s going to take to make the bouquet, they said 10-15 min ( I was in rush for an airport pickup) took them 30, anyway, got home and when we put the flowers in the vase, here is what We got for $100"
