"It says they are low income apartments but they are not. I applied for one apartment being a single mother with only one income and my application was passed because the receptionist they had at the time Maria E. she made sure to get her entire family moved in to the complex. I was excited to hear that low rent would become available in Kings Beach sadly for all of us real low income families we are not good enough for these complexes unless we had a relative working for this so called low income properties. I would give zero stars if it was possible"
