"Wayne at Oahu FCU, was not helpful. We came in with a plan. We let him know what our plan was, and he was not on board with helping us. He immediately brushed us off. We wanted to utilize specific tools, to our needs, and he refused to hear us out. When my husband had more questions, he would not let my husband say what he needed to say. Wayne's customer service was not at a standard that it should be, to keep consumers coming back. This is far from the attitude a financial advisor should have. We would not suggest banking here."
