Reviews of Hawaiian Airlines Premier Club
"The attendants at the Premier Lounge are always so nice, but this time, the three at the reception desk went above and beyond. Amazing greeting and care. You could tell they really wanted to make people feel welcome even though the space was super busy and packed due to Spring Break. I feel like I have sat at every seat in this place except for the high boy tables at the very back, and it is always comfortable to relax or do work no matter where you can perch. I'm always actively trying to keep up my qualifying miles to make sure I can use this lounge!"
"Probably the worst airline lounge there is. HA should feel shamed. The waiting areas at gate at some good airports are more comfortable than this. It’s a crowded, outdated facility. No food except some little pretzel packs. Drinks are very limited. Ice machine never produced ice for the 3 hours we were here. And no one was cleaning the facility. We understand that the Hawaiians have a relaxed spirit. However, where’s the Hawaiian hospitality spirit??"
"So busy. But the agents here were very nice. The atmosphere was mostly quiet. The coffee was good. They had fast free wifi. Good place to rest between flights."
"Best part was the opportunity to go into a place where the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Frequently it can be difficult to find a place where my disabled husband can comfortably sit, since airport waiting areas can be extremely busy places. A lot of people seem to take a seat to sit in and use another seat to place their personal belongings/property. It's definitely understandable because humans like to protect their personal spaces. However when seating is at a premium and one is elderly or disabled or traveling with young children...it can be frustrating. So in conclusion, the Hawaiian Airlines Premier Passenger Lounge was wonderful and refreshingly helpful. Also the restrooms were clean and spacious. The hot coffee or teas and the sodas are a nice feature. The entire area was clean and comfortable. The phone charging banks with stools are extremely helpful."
"What a shame….I had a most unfortunate experience with the front desk staff and supervisor. Apparently my lounge membership is not a partner with this location. I was informed of the “details” surrounding Hawaiian Airlines only being a part of the One World partnership on paper currently thus I couldn’t access the lounge. I as the customer came up with a solution, I’ll pay rather than hiking over to the other terminal to see if there’s another lounge that will acknowledge partnership with my lounge membership …It’s unfortunate this was not offered to me but was indeed an option. After repeatedly being told it would be $40 pp and the woman seemed dumbfounded when I offered to pay with my HAWAIIAN AIRLINES CARD I received more snotty attitude along with not a business card but a handwritten note of how to reach “Consumer Affairs Office.” The receptionist along with the other questioning staff members whom lacked the ability to whisper quietly, were told to read what the other receptionist “Tear” wrote about what was going on with the “two over there” (me and my teenage daughter), they each giggled until the final colleague inquired and I stepped in to inform her to “read what was typed up about the incident”….My daughter and I have a 6 hr layover in this airport, after flying in from Japan NEVER again…..I’m finally seated and contemplating if I should close out credit card with Hawaiian Airlines now or wait until I’m not jet lagged…"
