They stepped in and took over my infusion therapy after another infusion company on the Big Island (who had been doing my infusions for five years) dropped me like a hot potato with only 10 hours notice before an appointment. Option Care stepped in, called my insurance company to arrange payment, called me every day to keep me up to date on the progress of establishing care with a new nursing agency (in the time of covid-19, no less), and got everything set up and running. Every single person at Option Care is great. From the person who delivers my supplies, to the pharmacist, to the nurses...everyone is just super. You won't go wrong with Option Care. They truly care about your health and well being. They have been a joy to deal with."

"Im really not sure how many stars to give them. A few of the nurses seemed nice. But the overall experience was a total nightmare. They seemed ill prepared and inexperienced. They really hurt me trying to access a veins and after 2.5 hours the nurse left and left my arms with really sore bruises without giving me a needed infusion. The next morning another nurse came but had no pump so a less than 2 hour infusion took 7 hours. And they left me to take out the needle from my hand by myself and if anything goes wrong ????!!! call them they might come back. Yikes. I ended up with PTSD so beware of this company."

"YOU SAVED ME! Always helpful, nice and efficient. How cool that I don't have to go to the hospital, or the Queens ER where I'm treated me like a drug addict, ironically. (Nope, just several auto-immune diseases, sorry to disappoint you Queens). So, with all the doctors and hospitals, who I'm frankly sick of dealing with, here comes nice and sweet OptionCare to give me my medicine (remicade, not opioids Queens). So great to have this option, I was seriously starting to question life.
