"Very rude & ignorant employees. Waited 20 mins in line, some lady walks in without an appointment & they took her first. I asked the guy if they could just tell me if they had my tires in stock & he completely ignored me."

"Costco urgently needs a better website, that doesn´t allow so many errors, and a new answering system, I´ve been calling the Tire Center in Hawaii Kai, they answer the phone after 10 minute try out, only if you call from the main phone at Costco, they didn´t have what I needed, and then sent me to the Iwilei Tire Center, (which is in Costco Honolulu). You can grow old and expect to have grand kids, in order to find service there, and I assure you, you will never get it! unless you go there in person, only to find out, they did not have what you were looking for either. Horrible customer service in both, I will give them less than one star if I could."

"The wait was long because of their COVID19 protocols, one person at a time, understandable. Can’t beat the tire deals tho, their tire installer’s are very professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend going there."

"I'm really only giving this place a four star rating because of some good customer service. This place is super busy, I arrived when they opened at 10am - it was an easy hour before being able to get service. Management should have a number/ticket system for waiting customers - it was very unorganized. I'd recommend making an online appointment or arriving an hour before they open to save time. "I called the day before (Tuesday) to see if my tires were in stock and they were. I was lucky I got through on the phone because I had called earlier on the weekend and couldn’t get through. I arrived at 7:04 am on Wednesday and there was only one person’s car ahead of me and so I was done by 7:44 am (I only needed two tires). I barely had enough time to check my stack of unopened mail and eat my breakfast at Starbucks. The guy who helped me, Jimmy, was really nice. It may have helped that there was a special on 4 Michelin tires installed for a penny each over the previous weekend which I didn’t take advantage of. Everyone may have rushed in to do their tires then."
