"Tried calling for a TB test that I took and the woman at MinuteClinic was just straight up rude. Asks for my information and after repeating my phone number four times she asks for my address. When I go to tell her my current address she cuts me off saying “that’s not what I need” but doesn’t specify so I assume she wants my old address even though I gave her all my other personal information. Asked if I could come in to get a copy when told it was still on file and she just says “no. I’ll send you an email to activate an account to look at it.” Obviously they don’t want people coming there from how they speak to people and handle things."

"I booked an appointment to get a B12 shot online and everything was great and was easy to book. It says nothing online about needing to have a prescription from your primary care doctor to literally get a vitamin injectable. It’s absolutely ridiculous and the nurse was rude about it and was not friendly and I will not be going back"

Pharmacy with Minute Clinic inside and a Drive-By Pharmacy pick up here. Friendly staff, clean, organized with a good amount of inventory available. Great for those attending University of Hawaii. Have a little bit of everything available. Would recommend to shop here."
