"Called about my generator; he doesn’t work on them. Completely fine, no worries there I understand. I tried to ask him if he carried any carburetors on hand. Didn’t get that far, he raised his voice spoke down to me “I’m a one man show I can’t be in the back working on your stuff and up front.” Instead of letting me say the carb is out he just ranted and raved about how he couldn’t work on them. I’m sure id I was a man he’d have listened. The carb was completely off I just needed a carb replacement that would work. But he didn’t care at all. 10/10 WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. I never leave reviews, but people need to know how rude and condescending the owner is. I will NEVER recommend this man touch anything mechanical of yours, especially if you are a female."

"DO NOT GO HERE! TERRIBLE HORRENDOUS SERVICE!!! At whatever cost don’t use his services. From the moment I dropped off my machine to get fixed bob was extremely short and rude, said it would be 2 to 3 weeks for a weed eater. When I got the machine back the receipt showed he only put oil and gas in and started machine. He billed me over 80 dollars for that and when I got home it still did not work. I called him back and asked for a refund and he began to yell at me that he never makes mistakes will not be refunding my money and hung up on me. I called back and asked what kind of customer service he is providing by hanging up on me and he went completely belligerent and hung up on me again."

It is refreshing to find someone who is old school, backs his products and service. We drive out of our way for all of our outdoor equipment needs at Fallon Lawnmower and Chainsaw !"
