"Like everyone else is stating this guy is an absolute joke. For some unknown reason LG has contracted with this guy who can barely speak english and is the most ignorant "tech" I've ever dealt with. He was sent all the way to my home (a 1.5 hour drive one way) to diagnose obvious burn in on my OLED tv so LG could approve a courtesy one time repair. He shows up for 5 minutes then just leaves and tells LG the tv doesn't have burn in lmao. I think this guy is the tv repair troll king. Now I have to go around and around with LG to get another approval and LG is so incompetent they want to send this same guy AGAIN! NO FRICKIN' WAY! I'd rather have my 6 year old replace my OLED tv panel after watching a Youtube video than this guy at Hariom. He is totally unprofessional and I truly have no idea how this guy is even in business. I hope nobody ever has to deal with Hariom."

"For whatever reason, LG contracted this unorganized mess of a business to repair my 77” OLED. First of all, they are based out of Fallon. Second, I spent 15 years in the AV business, locally, and I have never heard of them. Three weeks after LG contracted them, I heard nothing from them. Finally, I called and they had no idea what I was talking about and treated me like a customer calling to get a TV repaired through their shop. After reading all the reviews and weighing my experience thus far, I contacted LG and told them to find another tech. I eventually got it all handled through Costco, where I bought the TV."
