"Jim, Joy and Steve are wonderful to deal with! Furnace went down yesterday and within an hour of placing the work order through landlord Joy was already calling me to set up a time. Tech arrived a couple hours later. Furnace was not repairable and so a new unit was ordered. I was promised install today and they came through. Jim came out early morning to take out the old unit. Steve arrived shortly after with the new one. Install went smooth. Jim was extremely courteous and cleaned up everything down to the little screws.
