"Back in late November we had a slight fender bender when a person hit us from behind, damaging some of the molding of the rear bumper of our car. Took the car to Rupert's where Kayolyn efficiently took care of the inspection, estimate and paperwork with our insurance carrier. At first she thought we might not be able to get the work done for months, but soon she assured us she could get the repair completed the week of December 18th. The repair was done expertly in one day on December 19th. The staff at Rupert's was nothing but friendly and professional and the repair was excellent.
