I show up and am told they can’t fix it that day and have to order parts and would take 3 days. Do not go here for repairs they don’t even carry any parts for the phones!! Waste of time go to apple!"
"Do not waste your money & time with Geek Squad! I called, and paid for a service, no one ever called me to discuss the issues. The next morning I got an email that the problem was solved, it was not. I called the next day for a refund, and I was on the call for 2.0 hours, and 8 transfers to get to the correct billing person! This service has gone down hill!!!! I will never call them again!"
"I purchase my devices from this store because the employees and supervisors are not only knowledgeable but they are very pleasant and friendly and easy to work with. They do not try to sell me something I do not want or need. I highly recommend this store to everyone but especially anyone who is not very knowledgeable about electronic devices."
"This has got to be the worst service plan I have evrr purchased. They say they are available to help you but they don't. They don't tell you ahead of time that phone support can't help eith anything other then setting an appointment. Once you do set an appointment they are always talking to someone on the phone. Never available at the designated time. This service is a waste of money. Wish I could get my money back."
