"I was traveling through the area alone with my 3 year old. My chains ended up cutting loose and damaging my vehicle and 5 lights ended up coming on as well, with another 500 miles to go on my trip. My husband and father in law usually are my knowledge for most car things. I was tired and stressed, it was almost 5pm. The gentleman who was at the desk was very friendly and knowledgeable. He pulled the codes for the lights that were on, let me know what they were and they were all things that wouldn't hurt anything to drive all the way home until I could get to my mechanics. He also checked my fluids. He did offer to get me in the next day if I felt more comfortable doing that. I opted to drive home and made it perfectly safe. Thank you for taking the time to help me and for being honest that I could make it the 500 miles home. And I made it safely thank you!"
