"This company clearly has the expertise. Robert found the sources of 2 leaks and fixed them. I am grateful for his services. At the same time, I feel like I have been taken advantage of being desperate for help. They charge $100/hour which might be okay. But they also charged $100 for the first call for estimates (usually estimates are either free or part of the following invoice), charged for an additional coming when the supplier sent them the wrong part, and they round it up to a full hour every time spent. It was $900 in labor to find and fix 2 leaks. And they left the finishing to my handyman (closing the sideboards because they didn't have the nail-gun with them). They came out 3 times and the bill was $1,500 including some material. Just be aware that they are very expensive. Not justified!"
