"Made an appointment for an oil change and to diagnose a misfire that was happening. Dropped it off Monday morning. They didn’t complete it until Friday and didn’t even diagnose the issue or fix the problem and also didn’t put oil in the engine!! I picked it up drove home having the same issues, checked the dip stick and it was totally dry! They also spilled oil all over the engine and wrote the engine has a leak.. I guess they missed where the oil goes trying to pour it in and said oh well. Totally incompetent technicians."

"What a joke! Three times I have now come to the shop and every single time I go, the front desk agent lady is so rude (Erica) unkind, and is very belittling of customers. You make an appointment for her to only say appointments don’t matter and they will not honor any appointments that are made, and you will need to sit and wait in line despite the fact that you have an appointment. She is very rude, unprofessional and is not customer oriented and is a horrible face for a company. If I was the manager of this facility I would be ashamed to have that be the front person for my company. Look at the process for online appointments that are not honored, disgruntled employees, who take it out on patrons and ruining the local business market by allowing this behavior continuously. Do not waste your time or money going to see them, do yourself a favor and find a kind, professional, and well established company over them."

"Brought my car in to put on new wheels and tires. Tires were balanced incorrectly and the tires were not put on how they were labeled. They told me I could come back in a few days to have the work redone and then close for the next week with no call or notice that my appointment would be cancelled. Seems like they are going through a labor issue at the moment."
