"My girl sent out a package for me on the 12th of January. The package was 17lbs in a medium sized box. They charged me $108 to send it out, which I’ve never ever paid in the past. On top of that, it said will arrive on the 22nd of Jan. A whole 10 days and it’s still not there as of today. It’s a state over. How do I pay that much and it not be some type of expedited service? I’ve looked at every site for sending and nothing quotes me that high of a price, not even for overnight shipping. What in the heck is going on at this location? How can you overcharge to that much of an extreme and not give me the service to match? Never again. I’d rather drive the extra 2 miles myself and send it out with Usps, or a non-franchise UPS because the trend seems to be similar with these non corporate location. If you charge me that kind of money, I expect my stuff to arrive on time, at the very least."

Even if there’s a line it goes quickly and staff is always respectful and polite…even to the people who don’t know what they’re doing and get mad about their own misunderstandings…very impressive."
