"I called to ask a simple question to see if it is cheaper to purchase a shipping label online vs in-store and the lady who answered was super condescending, talking to me like I was dumb with a bad attitude. She kept asking, "How should I know, I don't buy labels online" and "This is a UPS store not UPS." Am I supposed to know there is a difference? I guess I shouldn't assumed the UPS store was an extension of UPS and their employees would know if buying a shipping label online is going to be the same price buying in-store. Reading past reviews from this location and it seems like I spoke with Tammy as she's brought in countless negative reviews for her bad attitude and lack of customer service. Been coming to this store for almost 15 years, not anymore."

"Stop. Take your business elsewhere if you can. Ive gone here a few times once to get a document notarized and once to drop off an Amazon exchange item. Both times I interacted with same UPS staff representative a person that works here in the morning/afternoon shift I think her name is Tammy. I went to get a document notarized after making an appointment on their website. After showing up to this UPS location for my appointment I get told by Tammy that “they don’t do notary here”. After which i explain to her that the site says they do and my appointment email speaks to it also. She then says “Oh I mean the person that does the notary isnt here today and I dont have access to the drawer” So I ask when is the person going to back and she says let me look then walks in the back for a minute then comes back and opens the notary drawer asks to see my document then says “ This doesn’t need to be notarized I don’t see anywhere where it says that”. So I show her where it clearly states notary here and she still proclaims mo thats something else not notary! So I went to another UPS to get it done. Then yesterday I go into this same location to do an Amazon return and the same person (Tammy with the bad nails) tells me “Amazon is down”!! Thats it, no explanation or idea when it will be back up. I even asked if I could have her scan the code on my shipping tag, weigh the item print me a receipt and add it to the out going parcels so it can go out when Amazon is back up and she says “No we can do any of that when Amazon is down”. I told her I already printed and labeled the box she just needed to weigh and scan it to which she still seemed perplexed by my request! BOTTOM LINE GO ELSEWHERE!!"

For more than 5 years I have used this store with exceptional service from Craig and Tammy! No matter how busy they are they take time to be polite and extremely helpful!
