"I have been a PO Box renter and customer at Mail For You for about three years now and I couldn’t be more happy and satisfied with the service and hospitality of not only the old owner but most importantly the new owner and management. It’s always a pleasure to come pick up my mail and chat with them, if your late on your bill or need help with a package they are so understanding and cool that it shows good customer service and friendly and helpful people still exist. 10/10 at Mail For You"

"Not what it used to be. This business was recently sold by its longtime owner and the new owners have dropped the ball. The mailbox room has a separate entrance with its own key giving box renters 24h access which is wonderful. The new owners added being open Sat AM which is nice. But they don’t have a handle on the business. I had something shipped to this box to arrive before Christmas and went to pick it up Saturday AM (Christmas was on Monday). Place was closed with no sign on the door (other than saying they were open till 1 on Saturday). The day after Christmas I asked the new owner who said he sent everyone an email they decided to take the weekend off. I still needed that package- stopped by the store at 4:45 and was told I had 2 other packages. Went home and checked FedEx tracking which said the critical was delivered that day. Went the following day (2 days after Christmas) and said FedEx had delivered it- at first he said he had not received anything else. But he started looking through a pile of packages- no luck. Then up on a shelf and there the package sat. I love this location but am now looking for a new place that treats their business as a business."
