I gave the package and printed label to her and my nightmare was over. Also, she explains to me that UPS is a franchise company now. So the prices depend now on who is own the store. Prices are very different. Anyway, I learned today about UPS and the prices. Edna was a very helpful and pleasant person to do business with."
