"(Using my hubs account) Stopped here almost a month ago to print some papers & it was super packed! The whole store was just full of people which was super overwhelming. I was disappointed I didn’t go to the other location by Smiths down the street. I was certain I was going to be there for 20-30 minutes but…. Cheyenne & Ryan (two young women— I’m sorry if I got these names wrong) quickly took care of EVERYONE. They were on top of their game! There was about 10-15 people in the store & they helped each one in a timely manner and had QUALITY service. I can’t thank them enough! I was on a time crunch and the place I needed to be closed @6:00pm and I was out of those doors by 5:00!!! Thank you, ladies!!! UPS is lucky to have them on their team. They deserve all the recognition they can get :)"

"It's the Goodwill stores fault. I found so many great bargains until I had to ship them back to New York. The UPS store is conveniently located in the same mall.$56 shipt 19 lb old sales to New York. The staff was professional, knew exactly what size box to choose.he even asked me if it was anything else I wanted to add to the box before he filled it up, I thought it was funny because I was heading back to the Goodwill store."
