I was new in town didn't really know the area and these people made me feel like family which is extremely uncommon nowadays. I felt like I could trust them with my packages they were always super busy and able to handle all the customers in a timely fashion."

"DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. THE ULTIMATE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER IN LIFE RECEIVED! I asked a simple question about when USPS picks up from their location and I was told by the foreign owner that I had an attitude. All because I asked for a receipt for drop off for a box with a pre-printed label for which they told me no ~ which I know is an absolutely incorrect answer, or their subpar service does not allow them to, againwhich is absolutely ridiculous! so I'm supposed to just drop my box off with no indication where I've dropped it off or who I've dropped it off with and just trust that you're not going to take my packages??? you must be out of your mind! I can just about imagine how many packages are lost out of this location! ARE YOU KIDDING ME RIGHT NOW??? I'll be sure to share this to all the rest of my social internet sites so everyone in Las Vegas can know about what horrible service you provide which is non-existent"
