"Wendy, Anela, Justin! The staff there are just awesome. You don’t have to wait long lines and they provide great customer service. No wonder they’re the best store in town."
"This is the best UPS store with the best customer service. I have a UPS store closer to my house. However to get good customer service and a staff that knows what they are doing I have to travel 6 mile for this store. Wendy was the only one that knows how to do what I needed. What was to ship out a box to a hotel I stayed at. So the hotel could return my computer. Wendy and the entire staff was helpful during the entire process. I will take all my shipping needs to this store in the future. Even if I have to drive 6 miles to get there. It's worth it. Pleas3e keep up the good work."
"Great all around Customer Service. AARP discount extra tape on packages. We need insured delivery payments on claims if package is damaged or loss without unnecessary problems"
"We've had a mailbox at this store for several years now and I truly appreciate how helpful everyone at the store continues to be, when even just picking up our mail, the pick up of packages or other UPS services. Wendy & her team have a very busy store (due to the location) and handle the volume regularly with smiles and great service."
"One of your employees at your Las Vegas location on Warm Springs and Durango, just gave me the middle finger as I walked out of the ups store and was backing out. I rolled down my window and in shock asked did he just give me the middle finger and why and he rudely said yes. I pulled back into my parking spot and went inside and asked to speak to a manager because I was in complete shock that he did that and was so blatantly rude especially to a customer of his business the general manager Wendy came up who i had minutes earlier has a great interaction with while being in the store and she was now completely rude and rather than at least acknowledging she will speak with him, she said well he was obviously mad at something he said you almost hit him (wholeheartedly i don't know how i would have hit him if he was on the side of my car). With me backing out of a space right in front of the store, and him on my side, several feet away from me, how did I almost hit him? Wendy was completely unhinged and said well it didn't happen while he was on the clock so it wasn't her concern. I had asked for her boss' info and she refused to give it and she said she is the boss. It's really mind blowing and unbelievable that as the Gm of her store she doesn't see the value of her customers and wouldn't at least apologize or that she would justify his behavior with "well he wasn't on the clock yet." Again, I had asked who her boss was and said I did not need to escalate this issue to her business. As a customer, I value the services provided by the UPS Store and have always been satisfied with the overall experience at this location. However, this incident has left me deeply dissatisfied and questioning the level of professionalism and customer-centricity within your store's values. I sincerely hope that you will take this matter seriously and address it. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance for any successful business, and I believe that acknowledging and rectifying such incidents is crucial for maintaining a positive reputation. In response to Wendy's reply below - While I understand that employees are not officially "on the clock" until their shift starts, this should never be an excuse for such rude and unprofessional behavior. Wearing the UPS uniform identifies the individual as an employee and a representative of your company, even if they have not yet clocked in. As such, they should uphold the highest standards of conduct and respect at all times. Instead of addressing the issue responsibly, I am deeply disappointed by your justification for the employee's behavior. It sends a message that your UPS store tolerates disrespectful actions towards customers, which is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect when dealing with any establishment, and I believe that this incident reflects poorly on your store's management and values. While I was on the phone, I did not almost hit your employee whatsoever. Clearly he came to work with a hip on his shoulder seeing numerous other complaints about him in several other posts. As a small business owner myself I'm truly apalled by your lack of remorse and have already been in touch with corporate."
