"I've frequented many UPS Store locations over the years and even managed a location for little more than 18 months. What goes on behind the scenes would boggle mosts' minds. This location does an EXCELLENT job of "effortlessly" servicing customers. A great deal of time must have gone into properly training the staff because they are always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and ready to assist whenever my wife or I visit the store. We were so impressed that we switched our box from another location to this one simply because the staff at this location "make life easier"."
